For powerlifting coaches
Your spreadsheet shows what they lifted. This shows you why.
Programming, daily readiness and performance analytics built only for powerlifting. When an athlete stalls, you get a ranked answer with the numbers behind it — not another chart to interpret at eleven at night.

A spreadsheet can tell you an athlete missed their squat triple. It cannot tell you whether that is fatigue, life stress, or a programme that stopped working.
You find out too late
By the time a stall is obvious in the numbers, the athlete has already trained through three bad weeks.
You cannot separate the causes
Poor sleep and high stress need a different response from local soreness. One readiness score hides which one you have.
Adherence gets blamed on programming
If only 78% of prescribed reps were completed, rewriting the block is treating the wrong problem.
What you actually see
Every screen below is the real product, not a mockup.
A verdict, not just charts
Peaking, holding, or heading for trouble — stated in a sentence at the top, with estimated max, volume, intensity and effort for every lift underneath it. You read the panels to check the conclusion, not to hunt for one.
Reps at RPE in, loads out
Pick from a library of over 100 movements, give the calculator reps and an RPE, and it returns the weight against that athlete's current max. Set bar type, range of motion, tempo and kit per exercise — a belted single and a beltless one are not the same lift, and the record knows it.
Your athletes will actually use it
Built for a mid-range Android phone on mobile data in a gym basement. The athlete portal is server-rendered, installs to a home screen, and a full session is logged in about thirty seconds.
- A daily check-in gates the session, so readiness data is not optional and not forgotten
- Prescribed values pre-filled — one tap per set when it went to plan
- A missed session blocks the next one until it is logged or explicitly skipped
Getting an athlete on takes one link
No app store, no sign-up code, nothing for them to find. You send a link the way you already message them — WhatsApp, Instagram DM, email, whatever they answer — and they are in.
You create the link
Settings, then Invite athletes. Optionally lock it to their email address so nobody else can use it.
You send it to them
Paste it into whatever you already use. It works once, expires after seven days, and belongs to your workspace only.
They open it and sign in
Google in one tap, or an email and password. They land straight in your roster — there is nobody to search for and no request to approve.
They answer your questions
Your onboarding form, then their first session is waiting. You see them appear on your dashboard as it happens.
Your athletes never pay and never see a price
There is no billing screen anywhere in the athlete app and no card on file. Your subscription covers everyone on your roster up to your plan’s limit, so an invitation is exactly what it looks like — an invitation, with nothing to buy at the end of it. If they leave your roster later, their training history stays with their own account.
Everything is included on every plan
Tiers differ by how many athletes you coach, not by which features you are allowed. A coach with ten athletes needs the same analytics as one with a hundred.
Performance analytics
Estimated maxes against tested singles, volume versus intensity, tonnage by movement, adherence, and relative strength scaled for bodyweight.
Readiness monitoring
Hooper Index check-ins, personal-baseline indices for stress, fatigue and soreness, workload ratios, monotony and a fitness–fatigue model.
Roster at a glance
Every athlete flagged by what needs attention today, so a thirty-athlete roster does not mean reading thirty rows.
Spreadsheet import
Bring years of history across from Excel or Sheets. Preview every row before anything is written, and reverse a bad import in one click.
Your own intake form
Build the questions you ask new athletes. Editing creates a new version, so old submissions never break.
Isolated workspaces
Your athletes, programmes and analytics are separated from every other coach at the database level, not hidden in the interface.
Priced per athlete, not per feature
Cancel whenever you like. Your athletes never see a bill from us.
Every plan includes your whole roster. Your athletes are never billed and never see a payment screen — you subscribe once and invite them up to your plan’s limit.

Built by a working coach
Every feature here exists because a spreadsheet failed me first.
I coach lifters myself, with these exact tools. The readiness gate exists because athletes forgot to tell me they had not slept. The cause ranking exists because I kept rewriting programmes when the real problem was that half the work never happened.
This is not a general fitness platform with a powerlifting mode. It only knows squat, bench and deadlift, and that is the whole point.
Questions coaches ask
How does an athlete actually get onto the app?
You create an invitation link in Settings and send it to them however you already talk — WhatsApp, an Instagram DM, email. They open it, sign in with Google in one tap or with an email and password, and they are on your roster. There is no app store download, no code to type, no coach for them to search for and no request for you to approve. The link works once, expires after seven days, and can be locked to their email address if you want it to.
What does the athlete have to do before their first session?
Answer your onboarding form, which you write, and log a morning check-in. Both take a couple of minutes. Their first prescribed session is waiting behind that, and you see them appear on your dashboard as they go.
Do my athletes pay through this platform?
No. You pay for the software; your athletes pay you directly, however you already arrange it. The platform never shows your athletes a price or an invoice, and has no facility to move money between you and them.
Can other coaches see my athletes?
No. Each coach has an isolated workspace. Athletes, programmes, analytics and forms are separated at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.
I already have years of training data in spreadsheets. Do I lose it?
No. Import a CSV per athlete and their history comes across, counting toward volume, workload ratios and the fitness-fatigue model. A migrated athlete has a real baseline from day one instead of their first week reading as a huge spike.
Will my athletes actually use it?
It is built for a mid-range Android phone on mobile data. The athlete portal is server-rendered, installs to a home screen, and a session is logged in about thirty seconds.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your workspace becomes read-only after a seven-day grace period. You and your athletes keep seeing every session and record. Nothing is deleted, and paying again restores full access.
Start with one athlete and see what it tells you.
Import their history, write one block, and read the first analysis. If it does not tell you something your spreadsheet did not, cancel.
