Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 6 September 2026
IPP Training is a digital service delivered the moment you subscribe, so payments are not refundable. Cancel before your renewal date and you are not charged again. Only coaches ever pay us — athletes are never billed.
Cancel any time, before your renewal date
Go to Settings, then Billing, and cancel. It takes one click and needs no email or approval. Your workspace stays fully usable until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops renewing.
Your renewal date is shown on the billing page. Cancel at any point before it and there is no further charge.
The 14-day free trial
Every plan starts with 14 days free. No card is charged during the trial. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing at all.
One trial per person. The 14 days apply to your first subscription with us, whichever plan you choose. If you cancel and subscribe again later — on the same plan or a different one — billing starts straight away. The checkout page always shows what you will be charged and when, before you pay.
What happens to your data if you leave
Cancelling does not delete anything. Your workspace becomes read-only when the paid period ends, and everything — athletes, programmes, every logged session — is kept for 90 days.
Subscribe again inside those 90 days and it all comes back exactly as you left it. After 90 days the workspace is permanently deleted, including your athletes’ training history, and cannot be recovered.
We do not hold other people’s training data indefinitely for an account that has gone.
Changing plans
Moving up a plan takes effect immediately, because the usual reason is that you have run out of athlete places and cannot add the person in front of you. Your current plan ends that day and the new one starts when you pay.
The remainder of the current month is not refunded. We keep this simple rather than prorating, and the app says so on the button before you confirm. If you are near the end of a billing month it costs almost nothing to wait for renewal; if you need the places today, you can have them today. Your athletes, programmes and history are untouched either way.
Moving down a plan takes effect on your next renewal date. You keep your current plan until then, because you have already paid for it, and there is no refund for the remainder. Nothing is lost in the change: if the smaller plan has fewer athlete places than you are using, existing athletes stay and you simply cannot add more until you are under the limit.
Both are handled from Settings, then Billing. Neither cancels your workspace or touches your athletes’ training history.
Why payments are not refundable
Access is delivered immediately and in full: the moment a subscription starts, you can write programmes, invite athletes and read their training. There is no partial delivery to refund against, and no way to return what has already been used.
Part-months are not refunded, and unused athlete seats are not refunded. If you cancel on day 3 of a month you keep access for the remaining 27 days rather than receiving money back.
When we do refund
These are the exceptions, and we apply them without argument:
- You were charged after cancelling.
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- The service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours through our fault.
Email [email protected] with your account email and the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Athletes never pay
Athletes have no billing screen and are never asked for payment details. A coach’s subscription covers everyone on their roster up to their plan’s limit.
