Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

IPP Training is operated by Arpan Ghosh, sole proprietor, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Using the service means agreeing to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

1. What this service is

IPP Training is software for strength coaches. It stores training programmes, logs sessions, and produces analysis from what is logged.

It is not a coach, and it does not give coaching, medical or nutritional advice. Every number it shows — estimated maxes, workload ratios, readiness scores, sleep comparisons — is a calculation over data you supplied. Deciding what an athlete should lift is your judgement, not the software’s.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your assistant coaches do.
  • One person, one coaching account. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
  • Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Your athletes

Athletes join through an invitation you send. They do not pay us and never see a price. Your subscription covers your roster up to your plan’s limit.

You are responsible for the coaching relationship: the programmes you write, the advice you give, and any agreement you have with them about payment. We are not party to that relationship.

An athlete’s training history belongs to their own account. If they leave your roster, it goes with them.

4. Training carries risk

Strength training can cause injury. Coaching decisions made with the help of this software are yours, and so is responsibility for them.

We do not review programmes, verify that a load is appropriate, or check whether an athlete is fit to train. Features that look like warnings — workload ratios, readiness bands, missed-session flags — are descriptive statistics, not clearance to train and not a medical opinion.

5. Payment

  • Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Every plan starts with 14 days free. No card is charged during the trial.
  • Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
  • Fees are not refundable, except in the cases set out in our Refund Policy.

6. If you stop paying

A lapsed subscription makes your workspace read-only, not deleted. You and your athletes can still see everything; nothing new can be written. Pay again and it unlocks.

Data is kept for 90 days after an account is closed, then permanently removed. Export anything you want to keep before then.

7. What you may not do

  • Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
  • Attempt to access another coach's workspace or any data that is not yours.
  • Scrape, automate or load-test the service without permission.
  • Upload unlawful content, or anyone's personal data without their knowledge.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will explain why unless doing so would compromise an investigation.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen.

To the extent Indian law permits, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for lost income, lost athletes, or injury arising from coaching decisions.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes, law and contact

We will email you before any change that materially affects you. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
